When two tangents meet, they form an isosceles triangle (See diagram
above part a) Length TB = Length TA and Angle BAT = Angle ABT.
This property is called "tangents from an external point."
The other property that is useful is (See diagram part b) "angles in
alternate segment", though this property is used in A-Math, you are
allowed to use in E-Math and it help you find angles faster.
